Really great place! I had tried at several dealership to get the car I wanted and no luck, Alic made my dream possible and refused to give up on me until he got me my car! Customer service was very friendly, definitely didn’t have a boring time there! And a plus they serviced my car for me after the purchase, they seem to take care of their customers pretty well

Excellent Service!!

We purchased an SUV from Alic Motors a few months ago and we love it. Cesar, our salesman, was beyond helpful, he is laid back and genuinely cares if you (the customer) are getting what you want. He let us take our time in deciding and was so willing to help in any way he could. They were extremely helpful with financing and really took care of us. We highly recommend Alic Motors for your next vehicle purchase...and ask for Cesar!!

Great experience

I purchased a truck from alic motors they where great to work with. Cesar is a great guy to work with very nice and respectful.

I Called Alic Motors after finding an ad on a vehicle I was interested in and spoke with Cesar. After coming down and driving the vehicle I have to say that I was very impressed with the way they do business. I didn't feel pressured or hurried and the customer service I received was excellent. We ended negotiating a price on another vehicle in which I left a deposit on. I had to back out of the deal through no fault of Alic Motors. They gave me my deposit back without delay and told me they appreciated my business regardless. Don't take my word for it. I was very impressed with the gentlemen at alic motors. Very hospitable and didn't push you into something you didn't want, built great repor with me and made me feel like I was talking to people who love their job and we're a part of a family. Saw a car I was interested in, Shane promptly sent me a message with all the info on the car. Communicative when I asked questions, but was so great about not bombarding me with calls or emails. Answered any questions, kind, polite, and not pushy. The paperwork took 2 minutes- fast & efficient, and while signing papers they were prepping the car for a fast get away. All of the other dealerships kept taking me out of my budget and explained how they were getting me a great deal. When I got to Alic Motors, I immediately told them my budget and situation and the salesman kept me in that budget and even helped me save money. As a bonus, their selection on cars were much greater than the other dealerships. Highly Recommend them and will be seeing them in the future.

I was extremely nervous about being a female and going onto a car lot alone but from the time I walked in, test drove and sat to negotiate numbers, Cesar never once pressured or made me feel uneasy. In fact, he shut down my negative thoughts I was having about how I didn't believe I deserved a nice car. I had been to many car lots before this and the result was always me wasting my time. I test drove on a Saturday and was driving the Subaru Outback to my house Tuesday! The finance manager, Trenton even lower the price to be able to get me into this car with super low monthly payments. Thank you everyone at Alic Motors for the professional, no pressure and overall very honest dealings with getting me into my Subaru. I absolutely love my new car (well, it's new to me). The reason I didn't give a five star rating was because two days after signing the paperwork, I went to leave for work and it wouldn't start. Trenton offered any assistance he could and even sent me to have a new battery put it and he paid the bill. That was super cool because he didn't have to do that. Thanks, Trenton! I recommend Alic Motors!!
